How is my jewellery packaged?
Every piece arrives beautifully packaged in a soft black silk pouch, wrapped in bubble wrap, and enclosed in an outer cardboard box — ensuring your order arrives safely and is ready to gift.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Sweden: 1–5 business days
- EU countries: 3–14 business days
- International (outside EU): 7–14 business days

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer standard and express options for orders within Sweden.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
